Gosette was born 26 november 2007 weighing just over 7 pounds and 19 inches long. Since becoming parents, we've been surprised to discover that despite the vast quantities of baby gear on the market, it's hard for us to find things we like, things we think are worth owning, at reasonable prices. Gosette as a company is our way of sharing our happiness with you, not only about becoming parents, but also to have found a few things amongst all the rest that make our life with baby a little easier and therefore a little sweeter.
Why 'Gosette'?
A gosette is a Belgian pastry that is simple, good, that everyone enjoys and feels like eating every day! We thought this was a good symbol for the products we represent.
Here's why:
1) Every Day - we're looking for products you'll use on a daily basis, not store away in a cupboard after one use or keep for a special occasion
2) Everyone- making parenting a bit easier is important for everyone, and therefore products need to be accessibly priced
2) Simple - pure lines, strong colours, excellent design and simple to use
3) Good - promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This means no harmful chemicals such as lead, conformity to the relevant safety norms, and supportive (but not pushy about) breastfeeding and babywearing for those who choose them
